NINTENDO WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This Warranty is valid only if the product has been in accordance with the instruction manual provided.
This warranty shall not apply if MAXSOFT PTE LTD did not receive the product with the original packaging, the date of purchase of the valid receipt and chop of the retail outlet from where the purchase has been made during warranty claims.
This warranty covers only the hardware and does not include in its scope any software or accessories purchased along with it.
The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase subject to the above conditions being fulfilled.
- Remote and Accessories are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Remote(Wii Remote, Wii U Gamepad, Nintendo Switch Joy-Con) purchase within the bundle or individual.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been opened or serviced at any non-Nintendo authorized service centre.
This warranty shall not apply if this product:
- Is used with products not sold or licensed by Nintendo (including, but not limited to, non-licensed game enhancement and copier devices, adapters, and power supplies);
- Is used for commercial purposes (including rental);
- Is modified or tampered with;
- Is damaged by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship;
- Has had the serial number altered, defaced or removed. This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of the product.
This warranty does not cover any problems occurring due to electrical short circuits, gas leakages, fires, earthquakes, typhoons or any other natural or nuclear calamities or any problems due to seepage of water, any liquids or any kind of corrosion.
This warranty is valid in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia only.
NOTE ON LCD TECHNOLOGY
High-precision technology is involved in manufacturing LCD screens; even so there may be some pixels that are always on and some that do not go on. This is not a defect, but the current state of art.
Since the upper and lower LCD screens are made to different specifications, they will seem to render colors slightly differently. This is not a defect and not a cause for concern.

The duration of the services will be for a period of 2 - 6 weeks. Customers will be informed by phone when their set is ready for collection.
Service and Repair fee will be charged if your warranty has expired.

We only repairs systems made by Nintendo and distributed by our company locally. We do not repair licensed or unlicensed products that are made by other companies for use with our systems. We also do not repair games and accessories.
If you haven't already done so, we highly recommend that you start with troubleshooting. Our troubleshooting section will walk you through steps that may solve your problem.

3DS Ambassador Program
Nintendo recently announced a markdown in the trade pricing policy of Nintendo 3DS systems in the global market. In Singapore as well, this price revision was applicable from August 12th.
This is our first time in the history of Nintendo to reduce the trading price drastically in such a short period. We recognize that it has not been long since Nintendo 3DS went to the market, so this would have been causing disappointment for loyal customers who supported Nintendo for a long time.
Therefore, we are determined to offer 20 free downloadable games from E-shop in order to express our gratitude, only if you purchased your Nintendo 3DS system before August 12th, 2011. This will be implemented as part of our Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program.
